Ncentral - Unable to get the APC UPS service to be monitored correctly in N-Central

Question 1

After adding the APC UPS to be monitored in Ncentral. It shows as misconfigured and I receive the following error after adding the APC UPS monitoring.

NCentral Error: 102 Value not found for specified interface : upsAdvBatteryReplaceIndicator

Question 2

I faced the same problem and set everything below to make sure that the monitoring in n-central would work correctly for the APC UPS monitor.

Install APC and made sure that I could manage the UPS from the APC console
Install the SNMP service on the server
Configure the SNMP service to allow connections from the probe.
