I recently was provided my static IP addresses from AT&T U-verse however support is unable to update the RDNS records. How can I get those updated.

You can call U-verse services department and speak with U-verse DNS support at   888 981-2245. Alternatively you can submit a request online at http://attis-dns.sbcglobal.net/
