Server 2012 - "Startup Repair" option is missing

In windows 7 I could always select startup repair on my computer however in server 2012 the option for the os to automatically be recovered is not available.

In server 2012 you need to launch it from the command line recovery options.

1. Boot to the dvd
   1. Configure the server to boot to dvd
   2. Press any key to boot to dvd
2. Select language and next
3. Click "Repair your computer"
4. Select Troubleshoot
5. Select command prompt
6. Run x:\sources\recovery\startrep.exe
