In order to remotely load a users registry you must be an administrator on the remote box and remote registry must be running.

1. Create shortcut to c$ share on remote computer
2. Launch Regedit
3. Highlight HKLM
4. Select NTUSER.DAT and click open
5. When prompted name it TEMP
6. Do the stuff
7. Highlight the newly created TEMP Hive under HKLM
8. Click File > Unload Hive
