  1. Verify that gateway is correct and server is on correct network
  2. Run the following commands at a command prompt that is run as administrator
    • netsh winsock reset
    • netsh int ip reset
    • ipconfig /release
    • ipconfig /renew
    • ipconfig /flushdns
  3. Reboot
